A parliamentary board Wednesday looked for all the record of advancements and enrollment in the National Telecommunication (NTC), after inquiries have been raised on unlawful advancements and arrangements.
The sub-board of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Information Technology and Telecommunication met with Amjad Ali Khan in the seat to examine/research unlawful arrangements in NTC.
Aisha Syed, MNA argued that NTC can't advance/select the 17 or more review officers as indicated by its Act and require authorization from the pastor in control i.e. PM. She facilitate read a warning as indicated by which NTC can just designate/advance its staff i.e. up to 16 grade workers. She kept up that the record demonstrates that significant inconsistencies were accounted for in NTC.
Viqar Rashid Khan, Chairman, NTC, ousted the impression of anomalies while saying that NTC demonstration does not determine any classification of representatives and thus no inconsistencies in methodology were accounted for.
Executive further said that Prime Minister has made his arrangement and as per the Act, the Board is approved to advance or select NTC representatives without PM's assent. Leader's endorsement is required just for the arrangement of the leader of the Organization, he included.
Convener of the advisory group coordinated NTC to present record of all arrangement and advancement made subsequent to 2010 in the Organization in next meeting.
The board additionally chose to approach Law Ministry for illumination on "Staff".
